Mika Hilaire, founding partner of the Equal Rights Law Group, spoke on a panel at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s 41st Annual Labor & Employment Law Symposium on Thursday, March 4, 2021. Mika, along with Holly R. Lake of DLA Piper LLP, and Pilar Morin of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore (Moderator), explored an employee’s right of expression, both inside and outside of the workplace, as well as an employer’s ability to address and/or restrict such speech.
