Clavey Robertson
Clavey Robertson is an associate attorney at Equal Rights Law Group. They are licensed to practice law in California.
Clavey graduated with honors in their major from U.C. Berkeley in 2020. They received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on American Labor History. While attending Cal Clavey worked as a Research Assistant in the Classics Library and volunteered their time to local labor organizing efforts.
Clavey attended law school at UC Law SF, formerly known as the University of California, Hastings. As a law student Clavey participated in the Haiti Justice Partnership, attending their delegation to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in regard to the ongoing critical situation of Haitian Women and Girls. In their third year Clavey became the co-President of the Haiti Justice Partnership’s student component. Clavey also successfully won Asylum for their client as a student-attorney in UC Law SF’s Refugee and Human Rights Clinic. During their law school summers, Clavey studied Migration and Ethics at Oxford University in the United Kingdom and interned at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva, Switzerland.
When not practicing law, Clavey enjoys hiking the beautiful hills of the Bay Area, playing piano, and creative writing.
